Ruth’s Chris is a premium steak house, where it is rare to get a meal less than $80 – $100. Their “Sizzle” happy hour is quite a deal, in comparison, at $9/item. On top of that, you get to eat and relax in an opulent bar, with great service. The food items are generally great quality, and are an entree size item. No, you won’t be getting Ruth’s famous rib eye or filet at these prices, but the food is still great.
They offer some reasonably good $9 cocktails, a bit high for cocktails at happy hour, but in comparison to their normal prices, a relative bargain.
